*Conrad Kaelin, prvt., Schaffer's Battery;

enrolled 14 September 1861; drowned 26 February 1862 at Camp Delaware.

*Meinrad Kaelin, sgt., Independent Battery A (Schaffer's Battery);

mustered in 21 November 1861, discharged 21 November 1864;

entire length of service was at Fort Delaware.

UPDATE: I have since found out that this is a distant ancestor.
